Usage Guidelines & Licenses

Thank you for your interest in sharing or republishing our content! Here are some ground rules…

We offer buyers 2 types of licenses for each digital image (Creative). When you purchase a Creative from the site, you are actually purchasing a license to use that Creative. We have kept our usage guidelines and licenses as simple as we can. So, we appreciate your little precious time to read and understand our licenses before you make any purchases.

General License Terms

The license grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of all the Creative. You can make one-time purchase to use all Creative for commercial purposes.

You can only use the Creative for lawful purposes. Also, if an Creative contains an image of a person, even if the Creative is model-released you can’t use it in a way that creates a fake identity, implies personal endorsement of a product by the person, or in a way that is defamatory, obscene or demeaning, or in connection with sensitive subjects.

You can’t use the Creative in a logo, trademark, or service mark. You can’t use the Creative in a way that infringes anyone else’s trademark or intellectual property rights.

This license applies in conjunction with the Terms for your use of the site. If there is an inconsistency between this license and the Terms of Use, this license will apply to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.

This license can be terminated if you breach it. If that happens, you must stop making copies of or distributing the End Product until you remove the Creative from it.

The author of the Creative retains ownership of the it but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between the author of the Creative and you. We are not a party to this license or the one giving you the license.

Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of the Creative.

Standard License

You can obtain this license for a fee. Our Standard License allows non-exclusive use of all Creative in to create multiple (more than one) end products, which are distributed free or for a fee to end users by you or by one client. Unlimited copies are permitted for all products. If you are a freelancer, one license is needed per client. You can charge your client to produce the single end product. Distribution of the Creative "as-is" is not permitted.

What You Can Do?

  1. You are licensed to use the Creative to create End Products for yourself or for one client. If you are creating End Products for clients, you will need one license per Creative per client. You can create more than one different End Product. For all uses, unlimited copies across all products.
  2. An End Product is a work created using skill and effort, and that incorporates the Creative as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Creative.
  3. You can create an End Product for a client, and you can transfer that single End Product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
  4. You can distribute the End Products for Free or for a Fee.
  5. You can modify or manipulate the Creative. You can combine the Creative with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.
